Owner of The Talaska Law Firm has been practicing law for over 17 years.

He was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, July 18, 1962. He attended Beloit College where he played basketball and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1984. After graduation, he was accepted at the University of Houston Law Center where he received a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 1988. Bob has completed the Master Advocates Program for advanced training in the art and skill of trial advocacy. Bob has had success at trial representing children who have cerebral palsy as well as brachial plexus injuries.

He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Trial Lawyers Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Bob also works in the Birth Trauma Litigation Group of the American Trial Lawyers Association.

Bob has a strong sense of family and he and his wife are the proud parents of two boys. Since most of his clients are injured children, Bob takes a special interest in making sure that the children and their families have strong representation in these difficult and demanding cases.
