Timothy Culberson has practiced law for nearly a decade. As a personal injury lawyer, Mr. Culberson concentrates his practice on birth injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death.

Since the start of his legal career in 1999, Mr. Culberson has accumulated experience representing both the plaintiff and the defense in medical malpractice litigation. He has also successfully represented injured clients in construction accident, products liability, and other general personal injury cases. He has handled numerous appellate cases, including oral argument before the Court of Appeals.

Timothy Culberson was born in Xenia, Ohio in 1968. His family eventually moved to Texas where he attended high school in San Antonio, completed his undergraduate studies with honors at Texas Southern University in Houston, and received his law degree from The University of Houston Law Center in 1999.
