Robert J. Talaska, owner of The Talaska Law Firm
has been practicing law for over 10 years.
He was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, July 18,
1962. He attended Beloit College where he played basketball and earned a
Bachelor of Arts degree in 1984. After graduation, he was accepted at the
University of Houston Law Center where he received a Doctor of Jurisprudence
degree in 1988. Bob has completed the Master Advocates Program for
advanced training in the art and skill of trial advocacy. Bob has had
success at trial representing children who have cerebral palsy as well as
brachial plexus injuries.
He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the
Houston Trial Lawyers Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
Bob also works in the Birth Trauma Litigation Group of the American Trial
Lawyers Association.
Bob has a strong sense of family and he and his wife
are the proud parents of two boys. Since most of his clients are injured
children, Bob takes a special interest in making sure that the children and
their families have strong representation in these difficult and demanding
cases. He recognizes their trust with experience and honest litigation
skills.
Bob's commitment to the families he represents is
demonstrated by the on-going relations he has with many former clients.
